The residence halls staff consists of resident advisors, head sponsors, and the sponsors. Together they assist in ensuring a quality residential program.

- 乔什·艾森伯格, dean of campus life, is responsible for the 监督 of Campus Life programs. He is responsible for all residential programs. He is a member of the on-call staff and the Student Affairs Committee which sets policy for the campus. He is a member of the Vice President of Student Affairs leadership team and a co-advisor to the student-led Judiciary Council.
- 史蒂文朱贝尔, associate dean of campus life and director of residential life, is responsible for leadership, 监督, and management of the Residential Education which supports all students living in residence halls. In his role he provides direct supervision to the professional and paraprofessional staff in the department including the Assistant Director, Residence Life Coordinators, 居民顾问 and Sponsors. Additionally, he serves as co-adviser to the Residence Hall Committee (RHC). He is a member of the administrator on- call staff.
- Josh Scacco, director of campus life operations, coordinates all aspects of housing, room assignments and key distribution. He serves as co-adviser to the Residence Hall Committee (RHC) of ASPC.
- 瑞安海恩斯, assistant director of residence life and first year experience, manages Harwood and Wig halls, 和里昂法庭. He supports the RAs and Head Sponsors/Sponsors, adjudicates student conduct and assists with residence hall programming in his buildings. He is also a member of the administrator on- call staff.
- 克里斯汀尼克尔斯, residence life coordinator for Mudd-Blaisedell and Gibson residence halls. 她支持RAs, adjudicates student conduct assists with residence hall programming in his buildings. She is the lead planner for the RHS recruitment and selection and is a member of the administrator on-call staff.

The goal of the Residential Advisor (RA) is to assist in establishing a positive living environment in the residence halls. RAs serve as the first point of contact for the personal, 教育, and social needs of hall residents. They are responsible for assisting with security, 解决突发事件, 协调活动, 与赞助商合作, and reporting damages and maintenance problems. RAs are charged with the enforcement of college policies.
学生 are obliged to cooperate with the residence halls staff as they perform their duties. It is a serious offense to harass or intimidate an RA or to fail to comply with a request issued by an RA in the performance of their assigned responsibilities.
RAs are on call, generally, outside of regular business hours:

One of the most significant experiences for first year students at 皇冠体育 is living in residence as part of a sponsor group. The 赞助项目 is a residential program through which all first-year students are housed with approximately 15 other first-years led by two or three sponsors. The sponsors live in the halls with their sponsors throughout the year, with the objective of easing the transition to college by creating a safe and welcoming living environment for all first-years and increasing first year interactions with older students.
The 赞助项目 is supervised by the residence life coordinators of the first-year halls. There are three head sponsors who help to select the sponsors, assist in housing and placement of the incoming class in their sponsor groups, and assist with sponsor training. The sponsor groups are created based on similar interests and lifestyles indicated by the first-year housing forms. All incoming 皇冠体育大学 first-years are automatically put into the 赞助项目. Sponsors are prepared for this responsibility during a training program just before the school year which addresses issues of mental heath, 安全, 以及适应大学生活.
